Sailaja's path began, as it does for many healers, with her own unravelling. A season of deep personal loss and burnout took her past the reach of ordinary answers and into meditation, energy work and the quiet study of consciousness. What she found there did not simply comfort her — it rebuilt her. That rebuilding became her life's work.

Over the years she trained across many traditions rather than settling inside one: Reiki through classical and Arcturian lineages, quantum and multidimensional healing, clinical hypnotherapy, past-life and inner-child regression, family and systemic constellations, and the subtle craft of energy anatomy. Out of that synthesis grew Quantum Soul Integration (QSI) — a system that treats the human being as body, mind, energy field and soul story at once, and works with all four together.

Her sessions are unhurried and unsentimental. She listens for the pattern beneath the presenting problem — the inherited loyalty, the frozen moment, the belief a younger self adopted to stay safe — and then works energetically and conversationally until that pattern loses its grip. Clients often describe the experience as being seen without judgement, and as leaving lighter in the body rather than merely encouraged in the mind.

Alongside private practice, Sailaja teaches. She has certified practitioners across India, the UK, the Middle East and beyond through the QSI Divine Reiki™ pathway and her Arcturian Reiki and Buddhic Boost trainings. Her teaching style is deliberately practical: energy work presented as a skill to be exercised with ethics and discipline, not as mystique to be admired.

She founded Spiritual Happenings to make this work reachable — a home for consultations, trainings, retreats and a community of people who are done performing wellness and ready to actually change.
